    • You can ask us unlimited number of questions by phone or email about Japanese business. We will answer the questions to our best knowledge by phone or email. We will also provide our advice or recommendations to you whenever we deem appropriate.
    • We will make Various on-line researches to gather information on the Japanese market and industry to develop and enhance the sales of your products.
    • You can cancel retainers arrangement with one month prior notice.
  3. Business support charges:
    • Full business day at client`s office: US$200.00/day plus business expenses.
    • Full business day in Japan: US$300.00/day plus business expenses.
    • 2-week business support in Japan: US$2,800/14 days plus business expenses.

Business Expenses include Air ticket, Hotel, Train, Monorail, Taxi, Bus, Phone, Mail, and other agreed-upon expenses. Receipt for every expense will be submitted.
